F. John Sharp lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and works in real estate. In the past he has worked in the pet services industry, and in research and development at Nestle Foods. He earned his B.S and M.S from The Ohio State University.

He is a published fiction writer and poet; his literary works are linked above.

He is a musician, playing percussion with many groups in the Cleveland/Akron area, as well as penny whistle at Irish sessions in N.E. Ohio.
