Immortality

We never thought we’d live
to see ourselves on silver paper.
Almost didn’t make it
on account of the wagon
axle binding and rain
washing out
the pass at Stemple’s Creek, but
Helen (on the right) wouldn’t bow
to troubles, and our only
comment is, we’re a lot more
fun than we look.
